Selecting a Periodical Index

Just as you use the library catalog to find books, you use a periodical index to find articles. A periodical index is a guide to the contents of periodicals. Some of the Meriam Library's periodical indexes are available only in print in the library but most of the periodical indexes are available on the Web from the Library ReSEARCH Station.

To see an alphabetical list of the electronic periodical indexes the library subscribes to select Resources by Name from the ReSEARCH Station menu. Click on the connect button to the left of the index name to access the index. Click on the info button  to read in depth information about the index, including what subjects are covered and dates of coverage.
