Using Frames
Frames subdivide a Web browsers window into regions called frames that can independently display pages.

To create a frames page
  1. Choose File and then New
  2. In the Frames box,  select a frames page template.

    The template is displayed in the Preview field, and a description of the template is displayed in the Description field.
  3. Click OK.

    The frames page wil be created and opened
