Inserting charts in your slides
can make lists of numbers easier to understand. They can show trends and compare data in
your presentations.
Display the slide you want to add a chart to.
Double click the chart area or click the chart icon.
A data sheet will appear. Change the data in the cells by
clicking on them.
To select the tye of chart you want to create click the
arrow on the Chart Type icon. You can choose to chart by row , by
column . If
you click the data table icon the table will also be included on the slide.
Click a blank area on the screen to hide the data sheet.
