- Is there a sign up fee?
- Does your fee provide unlimited access or do you have to pay
more after a certain amount of time or during peak hours?
- Do you get connected right away or do you get busy signals?
- How large of a geographically area does your ISP
cover? For instance, if you travel frequently, would you still be able to access the
Internet via your ISP and not incur toll calls?
- Do you automatically get disconnected if you are not active
on the Internet?
- What does your fee provide in addition to
connectivity? For instance, does it provide your favorite newsgroups and plenty of
space for email and web pages?
