You might use Lynx (2.4.FM); it has a -traverse switch now.
Experimental, and I don't think it supports the RES (Robot Exclusion
Standard) yet. We have a simple robot written in C, but it doesn't
follow the RES either.
What's your resaon to stay away from Perl?
