Announcing NaecSpyr, a new. . . robot?

NaecSpyr is an agent that checks if URLs have changed. In purpose, it is
similar to URL Minder, w3new, and Web Watch; in implementation, it takes
a slightly different approach, running centrally on a server (like URL
Minder) but providing a web interface for each user.

NaecSpyr may not be a robot according to the definition in the robots
homepage (it doesn't scan HTML for new URLs), but it's compliant to the
robot protocol, anyway. ;>
