The database was obtained in 8 days. The date is last-modified as reported by
the server, which is often bogus, but there is nothing I can do, except educate
more webmasters (;-)). This should be better documented, we are working on
documentation right now.
The database is updated in real time, i.e. while queries come in: the news index
for example is constantly in flux since articles come in and expire all the time.
