We have an experimental search engine that does this so called
relevance feedback at:

http://dbx.cs.ust.hk:8000/index.html (note: it's not the default page)

The idea is to expand the initial query by adding keywords from
hit-URL's marked as `relevant' (with respect to user's query) by the
user.
