Admin: List archive is back

After a few weeks of absence while we were adding machines,
the list archives are back on-line. During the absence messgaes
were still spooled, so the archive is up-to-date.

In this new configuration there will be a slightly longer delay
before messages appear, in the order of a few hours. Web access
should be faster than before.

FYI, mailing list membership seems to be hovering around 400.
