Have some of you read this book (I haven't):

Internet Agents Spiders, Wanderers, Brokers,
and Bots by Fah-Chun Cheong, New Riders Publishing, 1996.

Is it good ? Is is of some interest for "advanced" robot writers ? For
newbies ? The author hasn't thought too much before giving the (E)
advice, since as Martijn noticed, this consumes valuable resources on
the server.

Does someone maintain a list of books about robots ? Writing a robot
isn't really a difficult task (I suppose that many of us agree with
that), so what kind of interesting informations could be put in such a
book ?

I've been contacted by many editors to write on this subject one or
two years ago, I suppose that many of us have been contacted too. I
haven't do it of course (no time).
