The problem at xxx.lanl.gov is that the administrators have wasted a great
deal of time in needlessly harrassing robot owners when the same investment
on site redesign would have solved the problem once and for all.

If the administrators used commonsense, there would be no problem. You
refuse to accept this simple fact. If they behave responsibly, the problems
will stop.
