Uh, I do not think the problem here is what is right or wrong, that
will newer be revealed to us humble humans, but what is the most
cost-effective way of administering xxx.lanl.gov. Putting intensive
jobs behind forms and POST method solves the problem for you. If you
feel responsibility for the humankind, you still can educate the
ignorant but the damages are limited anyway with no extra cost.
