Does anyone know where I can find code that parses HTML? Any help on this
would be greatly appreciated.

Ahhh! An opportunity to plug Python and Grail...

The Python language (see http://www.python.org/) comes with a pretty
powerful HTMLParser class that is used (among other things) to parse HTML
documents in the extensible Grail Web browser
(http://monty.cnri.reston.va.us/grail/). Grail is to Python as HotJava is
to Java...
