Im not sure is the research conducted in our department would be of interest
to you (I admin the web), but if you have a look at
http://www.doc.mmu.ac.uk/
and follow the links to the research groups page, there are a number of
researchers (including one Reader Mike Fisher) who are involved in research
in the Intelligent Agents field.
