Some of us have... But after a conference paper, various talks and a number
of telephone interviews with writers working on trade press pieces, I find
myself still reading the same hackneyed claims about "evil 'bots," etc.
The problem is that a well-behaved spider (to avoid for a moment the 'r'
word) just doesn't make for a good piece of hysterical journalism...

p.s. It was also amusing to note the increase in indexing activity against
my server after my response to Kosta Tombras' request about cooperative
agent projects... Gee, guys - hadn't you already indexed that stuff? It's
been out there for months... ;-)
