Who runs hoohoo.cac.washington.edu? It is pulling a page every 3
seconds from my server. It didn't grab robots.txt, had it done so it
would have realized that I didn't want it to index about 50 of the
pages it pulled. Does whomever runs this beast realize how poorly
behaved it is?
