robot to get specific info only?

I am wondering if there is a robot or agent out there that has the
ability to download a small bit of specific information from all of
the web pages it crawls... without downloading the whole page

I am looking specifically for the host part of the email address...
for information on ISP's and servers used, etc...

Basically I want it to somehow crawl pages in a certain subject
category and download the @whatever.com part of the email address into
a text file.

HELP?!
