Dear Paul,

The most obvious way to index that reduces the benefits of trying to
cheat the system is for the indexer to follow the system exactly, and
only consider the first 25 words in long description and keyword
<META>s. If you consider the text of a page ONLY consider the
visible text, and ignore anything thae same colour as the background
or embedded in tags. If it is clear what you are doing, and that the
best way to be #1 is to have the user type search terms that match
the content of your page, then people may be less likely to abuse the
system.
