McKinley -- 100% error rate

About 6 months ago, the McKinley spider passed through my site(s) and cataloged
everything. Unfortunately, it was at a time when I should have had a no robots
sign up -- pretty much everything was moved or rearranged shortly thereafter.

Anyway, my problem is that just about everything URL they have for the 3 domains
I manage is wrong. I don't get all that many hits from them, (250-300 a week)
but every last one gets an error message because the URL is just plain wrong. I
did a search of one of my domain names -- of the 277 items listed, 2 had nothing
to do with the site, and the remainder were invalid URLs.

I have sent messages for months without getting any acknowledgements -- just
more errors. Does anyone out there know a real live human associated with
McKinley/Magellan? Anyone have any ideas how to deal with this situation? I'm
about ready to start sending notes to their advertisers. That's a pretty nasty
thing to do, but there doesn't seem to be any other way to reach them. My notes
to postmaster, feedback and advertising@mckinley.com have not been acknowleged.
