I'm curious. I just implemented a little test to see how
If-modified-since, and I noticed that IIS doesn't behave properly (it
returns the document anyway). I also have noticed that Netscape (the
browser) sends a length attribute appended to the If-modified-since
header (where the length is the size in bytes).
This isn't mentioned in the HTTP spec anywhere. Anyone know what's up
with this?
