I'm writing a site-mirroring software and encountered the following
problem handling Server Side Image Maps:
When trying to fetch a .map file without submitting click-coordinates
in the URL, the server always answers a '400 Bad Request'.
Is there a possibility to fetch this document properly? (submitting
10'000 requests for a 100x100 pixel image map doesn't seem to be a
solution ;-)
