Spell Check Microsoft applications include a feature that allows you to check the
spelling and grammar of your documents. Words are checked against a standard
dictionary and unknown words are flagged for you to evaluate. You can choose to ignore the
word, or correct it.
Word and PowerPoint automatically underline misspelled
words in red and grammar mistakes in green. The red and green underlines will not appear
when you print your document or show your slides.
