The Java API for the URL class does not include any data access methods for
the User-Agent field, or, any of the other fields a user agent should be
setting. That is, if we want the agents to conform to expected ethical
behavior. I have noticed a number of hits on my machine from Java
applications. No other information is available, but I suspect they are
some form of agent.
