I'm very sorry about that last message. I had his e-mail address in my clipboard and accidentally pressed "send" instead of "edit header". And some of you will hate me for sending this add'l letter to apologize. Sorry again.

Some of this flame war has brought up new things to think about, but ad hominem attacks and "You don't know about my Web site" and "Well, you don't know anything about HTTP/HTML" don't do it for me.
