I'm getting that feeling. I suspect that I was a little optimistic or
muddle-headed when I read the original docs...

It seems a somewhat contrived solution.. backwards compatable only
through the lack of syntax checking in earlier browsers perhaps :-)

Maybe the question should be whether robots ought to recognise

<meta http-equiv="keywords" content="a ,b ,c">
<meta name="keywords" content="a ,b ,c">

as providing the same information...
