A suggestion. Ignore hipcrime until someone sees his software causing
trouble. He's here to feed everyone else with what they DON'T want to
hear in order to annoy people and have a bit of fun at our expense.
He's using this list to find out what most worries people and then he
goes off and implements it then comes back and tells us.
