I think this distinction for the "robot" definition is nebulous ... every
piece of code runs "under human control" (at least we hope so.) Robot code
does not magically appear of out thin air ... it's written by a human and
runs off of a computer owned by someone. "Under human control" could mean "I
can pull this plug out of the wall and turn it off", after all.... we'll
always be trying to define exactly what constitutes human control.
