Over an hour and a half I logged 2,000 requests to our site.
Since we normally welcome other robots, Teleport had access to
all directories and cgi.
Due to the large number of requests we immediately locked out
the site using Teleport using .htaccess. Obviously this software
does not care about 403's and continued to hit our site.
Anyone else had a visit from Teleport? I couldn't find any
reference here or elsewhere to this agent, although they have
a website at http://www.tenmax.com/
I'm also looking for the agent name so I can keep them out next
time.
